Carrolltowne United was informally created on Friday, July 22nd to establish a
unified voice against the proposed 254-unit townhome rental complex at the corner
of Ridge Road and Kali Drive in Eldersburg, Maryland. Our goal is to work directly
with the county government and Security Development Corporation to seek
alternative solutions. We understand that the developer has a right to build on this
property, and we hope to find a compromise that does not overburden our roads,
schools, water, and fire and rescue services.
