		It is important for community members to voice their concern and opposition to this proposed complex.  Please take the time to call or e-mail elected officials and the press about this very important issue.  Also remember that the issues surrounding this plan affect the entire community. Traffic on Rt. 26 is already a problem and will only get worse. Schools in our community are already overcrowded. Water shortage is something we all have to deal with regularly. The Freedom Area Citizen's Council is a non-profit, community organization of Carroll County Maryland whose goals are: To define, evaluate and advocate issues that affect the Freedom Area. To work with government and other citizens' organizations to effect positive        improvements in the Freedom Area.
